HIIT

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training strengthens your strength, fitness and endurance.
Mondays 5.30-6.20 pm

 

In this class, you can expect high intensity muscle pump and an improved strength ability. We use our own free body weight, weights and functional equipment to achieve the best results.
The exercises are adjusted in degree of difficulty, but some training experience is an advantage.
