Nordic Hot Stone Massage
A deep treatment performed with warm lava stones. The stones, called basalt stones, originate from Icelandic volcanoes. The stones are polished to be round and smooth, and heated to over 50 degrees before use. The massage is both pleasant and effective, based on long, calm, deep, and stress-relieving strokes with warm organic oil.

The stones are placed on several of the body’s selected tension points, where they are heated and eased while we provide a gentle massage with the warm stones all over your body.
We recommend that you come and experience the sauna in our changing room or our spa area before your treatment starts. In general, both dry and humid heat are good for softening the body before a massage, so start with the sauna and steam bath before your treatment.
You get one hour access to the Alsik Spa Pool when you book a treatment of at least 60 minutes, Monday–Thursday.
