Spa etiquette
Arrival time
To get the most out of your time with us, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to begin. This gives you plenty of time to check in and get ready for the treatment. If you arrive too late, it will be necessary to shorten the time of your treatment correspondingly.
Your health
We kindly ask you to inform your therapist of any facts about your health that could affect your treatment, such as hypertension or hypotension, allergies, recent surgery, or the like. In the Spa Café you can enjoy a beer or a glass of wine, but we advise against consuming alcohol before or immediately after your treatment, workout or class.
Pregnant women
Many of our treatments are suitable for pregnant women, but please tell our spa team what you feel comfortable doing or about special needs, so you can enjoy your stay with us as much as possible. We advise against prolonged stays in our hot saunas, steam baths or bubble baths.
We advise you to wait until after your first trimester to book a treatment.
Dress
We kindly ask hotel guests to bring bathrobes and slippers from the room. Towels are handed out in the Spa Reception. Day guests will be provided a bathrobe, slippers and a towel at check-in. Nudity is only permitted in the saunas in the changing rooms.
Valuables
Please note that Alsik Spa is not responsible for personal belongings, and we advise against bringing valuables into the spa.
Children
Children and teens from 0 to 16 years old (for hotel guests only) can access the facilities during specific hours while accompanied by an adult.
Kids aged 0 to 6 have access to the Kids Pool, while those from 7 to 16 can use the Alsik Spa Pool. Each booking is limited to one time slot. Children’s slippers and bathrobes are available at the Spa reception.
Note that children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult, and our Nordic Spa is restricted to adults aged 18 and above.
Digital-free zones
To maximise your stay with us, the Wellness and Treatment floors and the lounge areas are all digital-free zones.
Cancellation
The treatment you book is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we charge a cancellation fee of the full price if a treatment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

Smoking
Alsik Spa, including the outdoor spa-area, is a non-smoking area. There is a smoking area outside the main entrance.
Behavior in the spa
In Alsik Nordisk Spa & Wellness, every detail is taken care of to create the perfect sensory experience for you. We therefore appeal to you, as a guest, to show consideration for other guests during your visit. In order to ensure that all guests have a good and pleasant experience, we reserve the right to refuse or expel guests who exhibit inappropriate behavior – both towards other spa guests or towards our staff.
