All three restaurants were developed and are managed by acclaimed chef de cuisine (and MasterChef judge) Jesper Koch. Each restaurant has its own unique cuisine and style, but all share a fondness for local South Jutland produce and excellent cookery craft.

Alsik’s restaurants are very popular and often fully booked. If you know that you want to dine at one of the hotel’s restaurants during your stay, we advise you to book a table at the same time you book a room, so you won’t be turned away.
