Interns for our hotel reception

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English
• Flexibility in working hours
• A positive, smiling and welcoming approach – and the desire to thrive in a busy workday with many different tasks
• You’re studying service management and need an internship.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering questions and guiding guests so that their stay meets their expectations.
• Perform check-in and check-out.
• Settle hotel stays and other services.
• Receive phone calls and route them to the right departments and people.
• Receive and relay messages to guests, management and other departments.
• Handle emails, sorting, forwarding and replying to inquiries (including preparing outgoing correspondence).
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, including reception area, counter and back room.
• Monitor the hotel shop and order items as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
