Gourmet stay with dinner at Syttende

Look forward to a memorable experience at Alsik’s gourmet restaurant Syttende, which has been awarded a Michelin star for its high gastronomic standards.

You will be served Syttende’s Echo menu, which consists of seventeen courses. The menu is constantly evolving in line with seasonal ingredients.

At Syttende, delicious ingredients, flavours and traditions from around the world are combined using exquisite local produce. Although we gather inspiration and raw materials from all corners of the world, our roots are firmly in the South Jutland soil.

Drinks are not included with dinner, but you are welcome to order from the extensive wine and non-alcoholic drinks menu.

In addition to the exquisite menu, you can also enjoy the enchanting views of Sønderborg, Als Sund and the beautiful countryside from the restaurant on the 17th floor.

Conditions:

The stay can only be booked 95–150 days in advance.

Once the reservation has been made, a proforma invoice will be sent and should be paid within 5 working days. If payment is not received in due time, the booking will be cancelled.

By booking, you accept that the full price of the stay must be paid before arrival. This amount cannot be refunded in case of either cancellation or modification to the reservation.
