Have you forgotten something during your stay at Alsik Hotel & Spa, please fill out the form below.

Please describe the forgotten item and where it may have been left as carefully as possible.

If we find your item, we will contact you to arrange collection. In general, recovered items must be picked up at Alsik Hotel & Spa.

We can also send items with the shipping company Pakke.dk at the recipient’s expense.

Alsik Hotel & Spa accepts no responsibility for lost items, and we cannot guarantee that forgotten items will be found.

Valuables, such as cash and jewelry, will be handed over to the police’s lost property office. Other items are stored for at least 30 days before they can be handed over to the police’s lost property office
