Southern Jutland Chefs’ Meeting at Alsik – SOLD OUT
It will be a gastronomic playground in South Jutland when we have the pleasure of hosting our first South Jutland chef meeting at Alsik on Sunday 4 February at 17:00.
We have gathered 6 of the country’s best chefs with roots in the South Jutland soil and asked them to create their take on South Jutland gourmet dishes inspired by the region’s proud gastronomic traditions and good ingredients.
Look forward to a magical evening at Alsik, where we celebrate the flavour of Southern Jutland.

- Snacks – each chef makes a snack, served with vintage champagne
- 5-course menu – each chef prepares a signature South Jutland dish accompanied by exquisite wines
- Coffee/tea with sweet & petit four

Price per person: DKK 2.495,- per person all inclusive
Registration can be made from Wednesday 13 December 23 at 10.00 am by email.
Registrations received before 10.00 am will not be considered.
Payment must be made immediately after registration. Info about payment will follow by email after registration. The purchase cannot be cancelled.
Few places – First come, first served principle. Please note that your registration is only valid when you receive a confirmation.
Important information
Allergies, diets or other special dietary requirements cannot be catered for. There are TV recordings for Kochen På Toppen in connection with the event. Please note that you will be sharing a table with other guests.
