At the Alsik, we create a perfect setting for your event, no matter if this involves half-day meetings, all-day meetings, creative workshops, trade fairs, major business events or conferences lasting several days.

We meticulously prepare everything down to the last detail to ensure an outstanding meeting experience with a unique opportunity to combine business and pleasure.

Right now, you can organise a half-day meeting or evening event for DKK 498 per person.

Suggested time frames: 8 am – 1 pm, 12 noon – 5 pm or 6–10 pm. We customise every single event and gladly provide ideas and feedback for activities, food and beverages and entertainment to ensure that you achieve your meeting’s purpose and outcome.

Food is a crucial element of any successful meeting, and at the Alsik, we provide top-class food and beverages. All three restaurants were developed and are managed by acclaimed chef de cuisine (and MasterChef judge) Jesper Koch.

Early/mid-morning

Fresh-baked bread from our own bakery using organic flour from Skærtoft Mølle

Lunch

The luncheon buffet or sumptuous luncheon platter with a wide selection of cold and warm dishes, including one beer/soft drink or one glass of wine.

Afternoon

Afternoon buffet with fresh-baked pastry from our own bakery and patisserie.

Evening

Delicious two-course seasonal menu followed by coffee/tea.

All-day access to a buffet with a well-appointed selection of coffee, tea, ice water and fresh fruit.

All meeting rooms have views of Alssund and access to the following AV equipment: projector, audio system, pads/pens, and an AV technician at start-up.
