Danish ”smørrebrød” 125,- per piece

  • Hand-peeled shrimp on toasted bread with lemon mayonnaise, fennel crudité and dill
  • Cold-smoked trout from the Vejle River Valley with cucumber and mustard salad and pickled red onions
  • Egg salad with avocado and spinach
  • Roast beef with pickled cauliflower, rocket and horseradish
  • Salad of Gråsten young chicken with pickled mushrooms and pearl onions, served with crispy ham
  • Creamed mushrooms with Havgus cheese and tart apple
