Focus on heightening your awareness through calm and attentiveness and strengthen your body with gentle stretching and balanced breathing.
Monday 7-8 pm
Tuesdays in even weeks 10-11 am
Wednesday 3.30-4.30 pm
Thursday 4.30-5.30 pm

Aqua Mindfulness

Something magical takes place in your body when it immerses itself in water – the body is calmed and all senses are aroused. We focus on being present – where you are right now – and releasing your thoughts and just being present in your body.
Thursdays 7.00–8.30 pm / DKK 295,-
